The Baker was raised in Southern Mississippi, the heart of confection heaven, she has 70 year old recipes that will certainly appeal to everyone, and transform your day.  She was born an Air Force brat, so her family has lived all over the country and Germany, her mom used to invent new recipes to stretch her dollars, and these are some of her results, and my favorites. 

We only use local fresh organic ingredients, which is key to making baked goods taste their best. I have transformed flavors from chocolate to decadent. I am known for my fresh baked goods, therefore a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers, friends, and referrals.

I guarantee, you will be back after trying one or all of our products.  Expect your freshly baked products within 1-3 days, we are based in Miami, so its possible that they will be hand delivered before that.  Outside of Florida usually takes about 2 to 3 days.
